Terms and Conditions

  • We do not offer full refunds for classes that have already been booked and paid for. However, if you wish to change the date of your class please give us 14 DAYS NOTICE, and we can amend this for you subject to a 25% administration charge.
  • Payment for reserved courses is due up to 72 HOURS from the time of booking. If payment is not received within 72hrs, the booking becomes void and the place is made available to the public once again.
  • When you fill in a booking form for a particular course, a place is held and reserved for you, preventing anybody else from booking that space. It is important to give early notification if for any reason you are unable to attend your pre-booked class. If you wish to cancel a booking altogether, a 75% refund will be given up to one month before the course date. After that and up to 2 weeks before the course date, a 50% refund will be given. Unfortunately cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the course date will not be refunded at all as we will have turned away potential attendees from the class to accommodate your reservation.
  • We are unable to accept responsibility for adverse weather, traffic conditions or any other circumstances, personal or otherwise, which may affect your ability to attend a course. Late comers may join the class at the point at which they arrive however we are unable to repeat content missed or restructure the class as a result of lateness.
  • If for unforeseeable reasons we have to postpone or cancel a course, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or to book one of the other dates available. This may be the same course on another date, or another course to the same value. If you wish to change to another course of a higher value, the difference in price will be due. We are unable to accept responsibility for any extra costs surrounding this e.g. travel, hotel accommodation or childcare. No compensation will be paid in full or in part for cancelled or postponed courses.
  • We require a 30% deposit for all our bespoke services. This deposit is non- refundable. Full payment for all our bespoke services is due up to one month before the event. Once full payment is made, any cancellation from that time until 2 weeks before the event will incur a 50% charge of the total invoice.
